Off Season: No Minimum

Vacation in the small coastal town of Netarts with an easy short walk to the beach. Each building has two private separate units but can be combined for larger groups. There is elevator access from ground floor parking to second floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The elevator continues to the third floor with a powder room and a great room including kitchen, dining area, family room, gas fireplace and panoramic view of Netarts Bay, Cape Lookout, and Pacific Ocean. Enjoy watching the seals or a relaxing evening watching the sunset from the deck.
